Another week has passed here on Earth, and so another edition of Mixtape Mondays has arrived, broadcasting live from Mars. Before liftoff, please be sure your seatbacks are in an upright position and traytables are ‘pon lock…

Max Glazer, Digiwaxx Radio 21: Comfortably seated atop our list of no-brainer features is the ever-blazing, ever-evolving, forever consistent Federation Sound. In fact, if we were to post every Federation mix that dropped here on Mixtape Mondays there would be no room for the rest of you DJs! All jokes aside, the team of Max Glazer (NY), Kenny Meez (Philly) Alric & Boyd (JA) and Disco D (RIP) is easily one of the hardest grinding in all of reggae and dancehall, and Digiwaxx Radio 21 is no exception to the rule. Max Glazer does the honors and goes in on 71 tracks of non-stop dancehall exclusives, originals and surefire forwards, mixed in classic Federation style. Tracklist and stream here, download here.

Donae’o & Aizi Robinson, Zephron Mixtape Vol. 2: UK funky sensation Donae’o just dropped a new mixtape for the people, once again joined by counterpart Aizi Robinson. Yes, you guessed correctly, it’s a follow-up to February’s mysterious Zephron Vol. 1 mixtape. To jog your memory a bit, Donae’o was responsible for such massive crossover gems as the Latin-flavored “Party Hard,” “Raver,” and the criminally slept on “Riot Music.”  Zephron mixes keep things pretty vague, with no tracklist or descriptions to be found–just glimpses into what Donae’o has up his sleeves in the world of UK funky, garage, 2step, house, and various bits of tropical wobble. His brand-new single “Check My Swagga Out,” while lacking a bit in originality, still delivers that signature Donae’o flow and seamless party-rock vibe. Look out for his upcoming album Indigo Child, and grab the Zephron Mixtape Vol. 2 here.

DJ Theory, Off The Books (via Crossfaded Bacon): The Philly homie Emynd recently hollered at me to do a mix for his website and label’s mixcast and I was all about it. There’s a wide spectrum of genres on here–pretty much whatever I was feeling at that moment. I definitely wanted to start turning my folks on to more moombahton and preview some unreleased and forthcoming bits I have coming up (including an official remix from Federation’s upcoming Flatlands Riddim remix album.) In Emynd’s words, “Another great addition to the 1st & 15th Mixcast Series, we got our homie DJ Theory stopping by with an ill collection of exclusives, originals, and favorites. It’s another diverse, fun mix full of Dancehall, Moombahton, and up-tempo bangers of every flavor.” Tracklist and download here.

Bonus! Included below is a quick flip of Jimmy Cliff’s breezy summer classic Sitting In Limbo, inna Theory style:
