Four more years!

When Barack Obama first ran for president in 2008, there was no shortage of musical tributes to his campaign.  One favorite was “Barack Obama,” from our bredrin, Cocoa Tea. Leading up to this year’s election, the musical minions were a little more muted in their support of the now re-elected Commander in Chief, but yesterday we did come across one relevant tribute, from Vincentian soca artist Jamesy P (of “Nookie” fame). Stream the uptempo (though not exactly soca) “Obama Will Survive,” below, and download here.
