As we barrel right into July, Mixtape Mondays stays lacing you with all the necessary heat for your summer soundtrack. This week we have three extra-large mixes from some of the top sounds and artists in the game, collectively repping Jamaica, South Florida, Sweden and, of course, DANCEHALL. Get in there and download, quick quick quick quick quick…

Black Chiney, The Revenge of the Dragon Vol. 3: One of the baddest sounds in the world just re-released a scalding throwback dancehall mix from the vault, Volume 3 from their original mixtape series. It’s part of what Black Chiney promise will be a new mixtape release or re-up every week of the summer to give thanks to their many global supporters. Supa Dups, Willy and Bobby Chin, Brandon Lee, Special K and our own Walshy Fire (who’s been crushing it as hypeman for Major Lazer) know exactly what they’re doing with this reggae and dancehall business, and this tape chock full of classic material serves as a blatant reminder. Fans of early 2000’s dancehall will have a field day with this one, with big singles, riddims and hip hop remixes popping off from start to finish. Stream and download below.

Konshens, Street Code Mixtape: Steadily rising and consistently delivering Kingston singjay Konshens has some new material out for the people in mixtape form. In conjunction with his own Subkonshus Music imprint as well as Mixtape Yardy, Street Code gets into a grip of Konshens’ recent hits, showing off his versatility and broad range as an artist. From one drop to undiluted bashment anthems, this musical youth is always a sure shot, and will surely be making noise for many years to come. Get up to the time real quick with this one if you don’t know already. Stream below, download here.

Safari Sound, Do Sumn’: Speaking of Konshens, Sweden’s undisputed champion sound and LargeUp extended familia Safari have just unleashed yet another tape of dancehall madness, named for the deejay’s ubiquitous 2011 hit. This one was recorded all live in one take, no studio tricks or sync button f*ckery, just straight 100% hardcore juggling from the man like Shirkhan. Over an hour of large dancehall tunes out a road, peppered of course with some Safari exclusives for good measure.  This is dancehall in it’s natural and undiluted state, delivered fresh as always by Safari.
