So while our resident Mixtape Mondays contributor DJ Theory is pretty much Amish til Northwest Massachusetts gets its power turned back, I told him I’d hold it down (and that a generator might be a good investment!) But we got the goods here—you know what it is, as always… enjoy.

Million Stylez x Safari Sound, Arabian Nights: Hosted by one of Europe’s busiest reggae artists, this latest mix from my Scandagravian bredrens gets off to a great start with a hysterical intro by Shirkhan’s Borat-esque alter ego right into some heavy Million Stylez dubs… The mix premieres new riddims like Arabian Nights, BBQ, Monkey Barrell and nuff new singles. Then the UK’s Stylo G kills it with the Winter Swag, Ward 21 evoke memories of Quasimoto (member that?) and the badness continue. I could go on but, geez, do these guys stay up on new tunes! Stream and download here.

D’Bandit, Stir It Up: I’m not too familiar with this T-Dot based sound but it looks like they’re doing their best to keep warm up north with some big tunes off Stephen Marley’s latest album, some Jah Cure, I Octane, Pressure, Gappy Ranks and generally happy lovers-y vibez… VIBEZ! Download here.

Estelle, AOM The Prequel (Hosted by Don Cannon): Things start off pretty street with Swizzy, then some more Swizzy on a remix of “Break My Heart” with Jada and Busta Buss, there’s a touch of Miseducation-y flavor in there, two new reggae-ish cuts, “Something’s Wrong,” and “London Town,” she references her Grenadian roots on “Revolution,” blesses us with a live version of her big hit “Come Over and goes back to the streets with ‘Break My Heart’ remix Pt. deux with the Wu’s own Raekwon. Thanks for doing your thing Estelle, we feelz you… Stream and download here.
