With “Stamina,” Kranium may finally have a hit to follow up to his breakthrough single, “Nobody Has to Know” — which is now almost three years old, believe it or not. The track’s shuffling snares, among other things, recall Gyptian’s “Hold Yuh,” no major surprise seeing as the riddim comes courtesy of that song’s producer, Ricky Blaze. Blaze, along with “Nobody Has to Know” producer LMR Pro, handles the lion’s share of the production on Kranium’s upcoming album, Rumors, dropping next week via Atlantic Records.

“Stamina,” the artwork for which is loosely based on Buju Banton’s album, Stamina Daddy (sans the giant orange pants, unfortunately), should get some heavy rotation at this weekend’s Miami Carnival festivities.
