It was a big deal when the Dre Skull-produced Kingston Story dropped last year. Matching the innovative and interesting riddims of the MixPak label boss with the equally innovative and interesting lyrics of dancehall’s Werl’ Boss, the album has been selling digitally and singles picking up radio and sound system play from NYC to KIN. Now, thanks to Vice Records, Kingston Story is getting the full vinyl and CD treatment–available August 13. And, of course, there will be some extra goodies tucked in to the album for good measure.
