As we were posting today’s Mixtape Mondays column this morning, we could only wonder: where were all the Halloween mixes? Turns out, the exact set of tunes we had in mind was right under our nose. On his Heatwave crew’s weekly Rinse FM show last night, our Cockney & Yardie columnist Gabriel Myddleton dropped a creepy and sinister Hallow’s Eve special full of duppies, vampires, pumpkins, monsters and all sorts of other spooky bashment (including a whole set of tunes on Equiknoxx’s eerily hot White Label riddim. You only got but a couple hours left to get your Halloween on, so just listen already.
