Weโ€™re four weeks away from the seasonโ€™s official arrival, and 2019 is definitely in need of some proper summer anthems.

Fortunately, Busy Signalโ€˜s โ€œGot To Tell Youโ€ (a.k.a. โ€œZum Zumโ€) has arrived. A taste of Busyโ€™s upcoming fifth album Parts of the Puzzle, set to drop later this year on VP Records, โ€œGot to Tell Youโ€ has all of the elements of a windows-down-in-the-whip, backyard-ready summer jam. Thereโ€™s breezy, uplifting chords; a flirty chorus; a bit of nostalgia (sourced from classic Cutty Ranks); and traces of various seasonally-appropriate sounds, from dancehall to reggaeton to afrobeats. And itโ€™s all delivered with panache by Busy, an artist whoโ€™s never met a new style he couldnโ€™t make his own. (We didnโ€™t dub him โ€œBusy Pavarottiโ€ for nothing).

For the songโ€™s video, directed by Unlimited LA and styled by Savannah Baker, Busy headed to Miami, where he meets up with some enthusiastic dancers and finds his way to an atmospheric backyard party. Itโ€™s a vibe.
