EVENT: Boomyard LA Rum Punch Brunch Sunday, April 9

Yuh dun know: Boomyard LA is California’s best outdoor bashment party. Presented by LargeUp in association with Kingston to LA at Delicious Pizza on West Adams every second Sunday of the month, Boomyard has quickly become a linchpin of LA’s dancehall community, bringing out dancers, selectors, artists and a diverse cast of regulars to experience Caribbean sounds where they belong: in a yard, outdoors, on a big sound system.

This month’s edition features selectors Jasmine Solano, DJ Rampage, Shacia Payne Marley and Culture D alongside resident DJs Daneekah and Samurasta, and a live performance from RSNY, hosted by DJ Crooks. It happens this Sunday, April 9th, from 12 to 7.

Note the earlier hours: Boomyard now includes a Rum Punch Brunch, so you can get nice and frass in the sunshine, and get home with enough time to be fresh and rested for the work week. Nice.
