Like the rest of the reggae/dancehall world (or so it seems), Busy Signal has been on a throwback kick, paying homage to past masters with tracks like the Shabba tribute “Bedroom Bully.” Busy always injects a fresh energy into everything he does, and it’s no different on his latest set of tunes, “Money Flow” and “Greetings (Ribbidibi), which channel the timeless energy of 80’s dancehall icons Half Pint, Super Cat and Eek-A-Mouse. Busy brings his signature flow to his interpretations of “Wa Do Dem” and “Greetings,” unleashing a combo that should be mashing up a dance near you anytime now, rrrrriiiitttteee???
