Behind the Scenes: Daniel Bambaata Marley’s “Maintain”

Words by Jesse Serwer

This Monday, August 4th, LargeUp will premiere “Maintain,” the new single from Daniel Bambaata Marley, with production from Giark of Digital B. But first, Daniel and Giark are giving us a preview of their inaugural collaboration in the form of a series of behind-the-scenes videos. First, we see Giark and his father, Digital B founder and Shabba Ranks producer Bobby “Digital” Dixon in the studio, mixing the track; then it’s a look at the inspiration behind the single’s artwork via designer The I-Deal-Ist. Watch both below, stay tuned for the stream on LargeUp Aug. 4, and pre-order the tune here via iTunes.
