EVENT: Kes the Band “Endless Summer” In-Store

Words by LargeUp Crew—

It’s not even Memorial Day Weekend yet—the official start of summer here in the U.S., for those of you in international zones—but, thanks to Kes the Band, we’ve already got a tune to hold us down though Labor Day on Eastern Parkway, and beyond. On Kes’ new “Endless Summer,” the voice of “Wotless,” “Thief a Wine” and countless other soca classics promises “summer can’t done” over Brooklyn beatmaker Ricky Blaze’s suitably season-fitting Uptown Julie riddim.

To celebrate the release of “Endless Summer,” and help begin your endless summer, we’re teaming up with the crew at Miss Lily’s to present an in-store appearance by Kes inside Miss Lily’s Variety this Saturday, May 24. Whether you’re checking in from Brooklyn or Port of Spain there’s a way to “be there”—the whole thing will be broadcast live on RadioLily.com. Stream “Endless Summer” below, and we’ll see you there.
