Drum + Base: Official Base Kingston Mix

Words by Eddie STATS Houghton

The sole controllers of the menswear game in Kingston, up & coming boutique Base KGN just dropped their first official mixtape. Titled Riddim + Base Vol. 1, the mix features dread Rory of Yaadcore productions (not to be confused with baldhead Rory from Stone Love) at the controls. A perfect complement to the mix of conscious I&I tees and nowadays jeans and accessories that defines the Base KGN look, the mix blends the latest one drop selections from the likes of Jah Cure and Tarrus Riley with yard-friendly crossover selections from Plies, Sade and Travis McCoy.
