Major Lazer, Transmission 6: The Aftermath: The big bredda Walshy Fire steps in on mixing duties to blast off the latest transmission in the Major Lazer mixtape series. As you’d expect it’s an explosion of electro-Caribbean sounds from all corners plus some necessary Afrobeats and general turn up business. With a healthy history in reggae and dancehall from both camps, we should continue to see some great output from the new acquisition and team – with the first official project right here in the Safari Sound Waves session just to get things warm.
