Monday is here and so are some badd new mixtapes to charge up your week. Nuff dancehall, roots and other niceness set the tone reaching out from NYC and California. Catch some downloads below.

Federation Sound, Mad World: Always trust that our good friends and fam at Federation Sound will supply you with quality when it comes to reggae and dancehall mixes. It’s a little hard to keep up with dudes with all the podcasts, back catalog of classic mixes, and of course regular runnings at Radio Lily  in NYC, or better yet Jamaica, but we try our best. For this round Kenny Meez brings another uncut dancehall excursion called “Mad World” featuring a heap of of the newest dancehall, dubplates, and, of course, exclusive Federation remixes. The party shot from front to back. Stream and download below, tracklist here.

Livity Movements x Kabaka Pyramid, Accurate Mixtape: Large and brand new mixtape from Brooklyn’s Livity Movements and one of our top picks in the unstoppable roots revival movement, Kabaka Pyramid. The mix, put forth by Livity’s Dev Kutta, showcases a heap of new works from Kabaka, further positioning himself at the front of modern reggae music alongside some other friends and frequent collaborators from our Artists to Watch in 2013 list. Livity has released some solid mixes with I-Octane and other artists over the years, and Accurate continues the movements same way. Stream and download below:

DJ Green B, Di Baddest (Hot Gyal Promotion Vol 6): Another strong mix from one of Cali’s baddest selectors, the Bay Area’s DJ Green B. This gyal has been doing steady damage for years pushing reggae and dancehall throughout the Bay and beyond, and volume 6 of her Hot Gyal Promotion series is definitely Di Baddest. Kicking things off with Gappy Ranks’ massive one drop tune “Carpenter” (remember where you heard it first), Green B successfully transitions from roots into some of our favorites in the dancehall arena from Stylo G to Cham and much more.
