Some artists visit Jamaica for inspiration. Others come, and never leave. Such is the case with Italian singjay Alborosie, who’s made Kingston his homebase for over a decade since relocating from Sicily. The artist’s adopted hometown has provided much inspiration over the years, so it’s no surprise to see it figure prominently in his latest video, the Ras Kassa-directed clip “Play Fool (To Catch Wise).” No beach scenes or intimidating nighttime gully shots here, though—just average ordinary Kingston scenery.

The Black Uhuru/Mykal Rose-influenced tune is the opening track on Alborosie’s latest album, Sound the System, which dropped last month via Greensleeves/VP Records. As a bonus for fans, VP is releasing an EP featuring dub versions from the album called (what else) Dub the System next week. To celebrate the latter’s release, they’ve given us two copies each of Sound the System (on CD) and Dub the System (on vinyl) to give away. To enter to win, follow @Largeupdotcom on Twitter and tweet the following:
