Andy has been at the peak of the tropical echelon for over a minute now, bringing his unique and signature Latin, Caribbean and global bass palette to the world, so it’s only right that his monthly NYC party Que Bajo with co-amigo Geko Jones has now extended into an imprint of their own. This mix is drenched in vitamin D from start to finish, and also celebrates the launch of Que Bajo Records with each tune doubling as previews of forthcoming releases. Ghislain is recognized the world over for rattling bassbins with BPM-bending DJ sets and a diverse discog of material on fine labels like Man Recordings, Ninja Tune and Mixpak—but for this, he taps into his love of reggae and dancehall to give the people an untainted 70 minute journey of new tunes and classic material.
