While much of the LargeUp team is cooling in Miami (check out out Winter Music Massive coming up), I’m wrapping up a week of madness here in Austin for SXSW. Wrangled some nice tapes for this week, with vibes from London, Switzerland and Seattle. Let’s keep it moving…

David Rodigan, BBC 1Xtra Show: What better way to set off another week than with a two-hour session from David Rodigan via his brand new home on BBC Radio One? Leading off with a world premiere scorcher from Nadine Sutherland produced by Rory from Stone Love, next up is none other than my Bay Area fam-produced “Sellasie Souljahz” featuring Chronixx and Kabaka Pyramid— a pair of picks in our top artists to watch for 2013—’longside Sizzla and Protoje. One of our favorite tunes at the moment and clearly doing work overseas as well. So much more on deck from RamJam, press play on this immediately. Stream below, download here.

Goldrush Intl: Dancehall Fraternity Vol. 1: Sneaker-in-the-dryer deejays beware, straight juggling madness here from Switzerland’s Gold Rush Intl. a.k.a the badman Wildlife!. Trailer load of badness from start to finish, rinsing through current dancehall same way as their Swiss club nights. Gun fingers up. For more in Wildlife! be sure to cop his debut dancehall-meets-punk project Roxy Reboot that just dropped. Stream and download below, tracklist here.

Bobby Hustle, Sweet Reggae Music Mix CD: Our Seattle folks at Dynasty Records and Blessed Coast just built a strong batch of sweet reggae music courtesy of the one Bobby Hustle in the booth voicing over 7″ versions from the Dynasty crates. Flipping original material over classic riddims gives the tunes new life, and should provide a nice and easy listen for the week ahead. Get familiar with all three of these big Northwest camps in one draw. Stream and download below, tracklist here.
