The Gully Gaad continues to evolve from gangster for life into radio-friendly pop artist. Mavado’s latest single, “Settle Down,” on JA Productions’ Overproof riddim, offers some more island-pop girl talk in the vein of his recent hit, “Delilah.” The visuals for “Settle Down,” which debuted over the weekend, bring the girl from ‘Vado’s “Delilah” single artwork to life. According to Soul Culture, it’s the prelude to “Delilah,” which would make a lot of sense, seeing how that tune does not yet have a video. Nothing too groundbreaking about this one but it’s a great reason to remind you of our recent LargeUp TV episode on Mavado’s Gully Fashion Week currently spreading like a virus all over Youtube!
