8. Jasmine Guy in Klash
The filmmakers of Klash did much right in this 1995 Jamaican thriller, like pulling together a cast of dancehall all-stars that included Shabba, Patra, Bounty Killer, Snow, Ninja and Capleton. That’s why it boggles the mind that they cast Jasmine Guy as the female lead. She sounds–predictably–like Whitley going undercover in Jamaica.
