Distant Relatives Nas (or Nazzz if you’re British) and Damian Marley went on Tim Westwood’s show on BBC 1xtra, going deeper on the concept behind the LP project (“African history…cause it’s intriguing, like.”) than they have in most of their previous interviews and then in part 2 (after the jump) naming Erykah Badu and Raekwon as potential members, or at least comrades in the struggle. Wonder if Rae’s Bin Laden rap styles today will affect his standing in the United States of Africa (?) Stay tuned.
